Shocking rude customer service

The worst customer service experience… The worst customer service experience ever! I have bought shoes online but sent them back due to sizing issue and clearly written on the return form that I wanted a replacement for one size up but they have sent me refund without explanation. So I have sent them an email to ask why refund when I have asked for one size up replacement which was available online, so it's not like they didn't have the product anymore. They said that I have filled in my form incorrectly. As this is untrue, I know, what I have written, I have asked to see copy of my return for to prove this. They replied that they can't send me this anymore because they have destroyed it due to GDPR - at this point I have lost it, because this is just pure untrue! I have bought these shoes on sale and there was also another promotion on already discounted price, so the final price was actually really good. By then, this promotion was gone. I think they just wanted me to pay higher price and postage again. When I sent them last email to say that I am extremely disappointed and I will never buy from this company ever again, they have replied that that's ok, they will never sell me anything in the future either. Customer service is shocking and extremely rude!

As a returning customer can say I love this company just received these sandals yesterday they are lovely great fit true to size had boots in a 41 and were great sandals are such soft leather no need to break them in, like gloves on your feet so to speak another great purchase Thank-you
