Effects of Brexit

Will Brexit effect my shopping experience?

Not at all we have taken many steps to secure our services have and will remain unaffected by the Brexit transition.

EU customers shopping within the UK will be subject to an additional 20% tax which is applied by your local customs authority. You will be issued an invoice from them prior to delivery which will need to be paid. Please note if you refuse your order we cannot issue a refund until your order arrives back safely. Durations for unaccepted orders can take in excess of 6 months to make its way back due to sortation limitation within customs. We have clearly added information warning of tax implications at the checkout and advise EU customers to visit our EU Store.

Could prices be affected?

We cannot rule out prices changes, however, we always ensure to remain competitive and only grow with general inflation.

Will deliveries take longer?

We have seen a pattern of driver shortages affecting the country as a whole, however, we have been assured by our carriers this should be kept to a minimum. So we cannot be 100% certain of orders being unaffected but we have seen a very small quantity of orders affected giving us a success rate of 97%.

EU and international orders are taking up to 25 working days due to a higher uptake of online orders and covid restrictions. Please ensure that your orders are placed in goodtime to account for longer than normal delivery durations.
