28-Day Returns
Orders from outside of UK-Mainland regions (including the EU, Northern Ireland and the rest of the world) are not eligible for our free returns policy. Customers in these regions may return items at their own expense up to 28-days from receipt.

International returns are not eligible for free returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- Dispatch within 28 days of receiving your order.
- Use a tracked service and retain proof of postage.
- Ensure customs duties and taxes are paid in advance.
- Mark the parcel as “Returned Goods” where required.

- Include your order number, full name, and request type (refund or exchange).
- Items must be unworn, in original condition, with original packaging.

Good news, online orders can now be returned at any of our stores for a refund or exchange. Simply bring your item/s and your order confirmation (printed or on your phone) to your nearest store. Our team will process your return quickly and help you find a replacement if you’d like to exchange.
