Your Right to Withdraw

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase and cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

How to Exercise Your Right

You must provide:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the contract (in whole or part)

Withdrawal Process

Once received, we will acknowledge your request without delay. Confirmation will be sent via email. You must return goods within 14 days of notifying us.

Returns

Items must be returned in original condition, including packaging where applicable. Goods must be suitable for resale.

Refunds

We will refund the price of goods and the cost of standard delivery (least expensive option offered).

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
