CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER TO STORE?

Unfortunately, at current we are unable to accept online orders for either a refund or exchange in our stores. Please check our returns section for more information.

ORIGINAL PACKAGING

Goods must be in original packaging as is part of the product and must be included.

Items must be unworn and in original condition.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

A valid receipt is required for any refund or exchange.

Items bought from unauthorised retailers must be returned to them directly.

STORE POLICY

28-day refund or exchange on full-price items.

Sale items are exchange only (no refunds).

Store returns are free in-store.

Postal return costs are paid by the customer.
