Price Reduction Policy: Refund of Price Difference

Eligibility Criteria for Price Difference Refund

  1. Timeframe:

    • The price change must have occurred within the last 24 hours from the time of purchase.
  2. Stock Availability:

    • The item must have a stock quantity of 10 or more units at the time the refund is requested.
    • Items with low stock (less than 10 units) are not eligible for price adjustment refunds.

Non-Eligible Orders

If the above criteria are not met, customers are welcome to return the item and attempt to repurchase it at the discounted price. However, customers should be aware that:

  • Due to limited availability, there is no guarantee the item will still be in stock.

  • Prevent penalizing customers who secure items early, before promotions are announced.
