If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it within 28 days of receipt. To ensure a smooth return process, we recommend sending your order via a fully tracked service to guarantee its safe arrival.

Please note that all custom duties and taxes must be paid in advance. Orders with unpaid duties may be delayed or refused delivery.

To ensure your refund goes smoothly, please ensure that all returns meet the following criteria:

  1. The items must be unworn.
  2. The original packaging and labels must be intact.
    (Outer packaging is essential to protect the shoebox during transit)
  3. Returns must pass our quality control inspections.

Failed Returns
