HOW TO MEASURE YOUR SIZE
- Stand with your heel against a wall.
- Measure from the wall to the tip of your longest toe in centimetres.
- Alternatively:
- Stand on a sheet of A4 paper against the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe.
- Measure the distance from the paper’s edge to the mark in centimetres.
TIPS
- Always measure both feet, as one may be slightly larger.
- Measure at the end of the day when feet are at their largest.
- Use the larger measurement to select your shoe size.
- Refer to our size charts for the most accurate fit.
Note: The size chart follows standard sizing. The shoe size chart should reflect your normal fit, but we advise checking our size recommendation on the product page.
HOW DO I MEASURE MY BELT SIZE?
Lay your existing belt flat on a table. Using a measuring tape or ruler, measure from the fold (where the buckle attaches, do not include the buckle in your measurement) & simply measure to the belt hole you use most often.
Size & Fit FAQs
Here’s all the info about sizing
Yes we do. For most styles, we suggest whether to downsize, upsize or remain true to size, based on brand research and wearer insights. You can see this on every product page.
Our fits can vary between styles, so it’s always worth checking the fit recommendations on each product page or heading down to one of our stores so you can try them on.
It's most important that there is enough room for your toes to fit comfortably.
If there's only a slight pressure on your in-step, this will usually ease with wear, we recommend wearing them around the house a little before committing to going outside.
But if they feel very tight, you might need a larger size.
You may be between sizes, in which a half size between will fit just right. Alternatively, using an insole can introduce a half size.
As a quick point of reference, we include size charts on each of our product pages.
You can view this by simply clicking 'Size Chart' situated to the right, just above the size selection.
Note, the size chart follows standard sizing. The shoe chart should be used as a reference point. We advice checking our size: recommendation.
It's always better if the fits a little large than too small. You can always introduce an insole to introduce a half size.
Styles with a narrow fit will be indicated on our product page with an (N), for anything with a wider fit, you may want to consider sizing down.
Styles with a wider fit will be indicated on our product page with an (W), for anything with a narrow fit, you may want to consider sizing up.
Trying on shoes is an essential part of the shoe-buying process. However, it's important to try on shoes in a way that doesn't soil them or damage them, as this could void your ability to return them if they don't fit or if you change your mind. Here are a few tips for trying on shoes without soiling them:
- Always try on shoes indoors on a clean, smooth surface. Avoid trying on shoes on carpet, dirt, or gravel, as these surfaces can easily soil the shoes
- Wear socks or stockings when trying on shoes. This will help to protect the shoes from your bare feet and make it easier to slip them on and off without scuffing them.
- Sit down when trying on shoes. This will give you more stability and make it easier to put on and take off the shoes.
- Use shoe trees or shoe horns when trying on shoes. This will help to protect the shoes from damage and make it easier to slide your feet into them.
- Be careful not to bend or crease the shoes when trying on shoes. This could damage the shoes and make them unreturnable.
- Inspect the shoes for any signs of wear or damage before you buy them. If you see any signs of damage, do not buy the shoes.
- Keep the shoe boxes and any tags that come with the shoes. You will need these if you need to return the shoes.
- Return the shoes immediately if you decide you don't want them. Do not wear them outside or scuff them up, as this will void your return policy.
By following these tips, you can try on shoes without soiling them and voiding your ability to return them.
