Returns from outside UK Mainland are not eligible for complimentary return shipping.
Return your order within 28 days using a tracked service. Please mark your parcel “Returned Goods – UK Origin” and include your order number on the customs declaration to help avoid customs delays or additional charges.
Charges incurred due to incomplete or incorrect customs documentation may be deducted from your refund.

PREPARE YOUR ORDER
Include your invoice and order details. Items should be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
