Important Delivery Information

At Embassy London, we want to keep you informed about our delivery process to ensure a transparent and satisfying shopping experience. Please read on for essential details regarding delivery times and the occasional sourcing of stock from various locations.

Delivery Times:

• Within the UK: Deliveries can take 2-7 working days to arrive.

• EU Orders: Please allow up to 14 working days for your EU orders to be delivered.
  
  

Next Day Delivery t&c's:

1. Eligibility for Next-Day Delivery:

   • Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM (Midday) from Monday to Friday to qualify for next-day delivery.
   • Orders placed after 12:00 PM (Midday) on a Friday will be processed and dispatched on the following Monday for delivery by Tuesday.

2. Processing and Dispatch:

   • Orders received before the cut-off time (Midday, Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same day.
   • Orders received after the cut-off time on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on Monday.

3. Delivery Commitments:

   • Deliveries are scheduled to arrive the next business day after dispatch.
   • For orders dispatched on a Monday (due to Friday afternoon or weekend orders), delivery will occur on Tuesday.

4. Exclusions and Exceptions:

• Public holidays may affect delivery timelines. If a public holiday falls on a Monday, orders placed after Midday on Friday will be dispatched on the next working day.
• Unexpected delays (e.g., extreme weather, courier issues) may impact delivery times. Customers will be notified in such instances.

Stock Sourcing:

On some occasions, our stock may not be centrally located and could be sourced from a combination of sites. While this may mean orders are not dispatched immediately, rest assured that they will still be delivered within the quoted delivery times.

Carrier Notifications:

If you receive a notification from the carrier stating they have not received your order, don't worry. This is common for items being sourced off-site. There is no cause for alarm; we are merely waiting for your item to reach our central location to be packed and consolidated for shipping.

Dispatch Confirmation:

Once your order has been officially dispatched, the carrier will provide a new confirmation. This notification will inform you that they have your order and include a proposed delivery estimate.

Order Tracking:

You can conveniently track your order via the tracking link provided within the order dispatch email. This link will continue to update throughout the delivery process, allowing you to stay informed about the status of your delivery.
