1. Selecting your Gift Card

• Minimum value: £25.00
• Maximum value: £250.00
• Payment methods: Any payment method except credit or another gift card.

2. Using Your Gift Card

• Gift cards can be redeemed on our official website www.embassylondon.co.uk or in any of our official stores.
• Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to purchase another gift card.
• If your purchase is less than the available balance, the remaining amount will stay on your gift card for future use (no cash change will be given).
• If your purchase exceeds the available balance, you must pay the difference.
• If an item purchased with a gift card is exchanged for a lower-priced item, the difference will be credited back to your gift card.
• If you use a gift card as part of a split payment and later return the item(s), the refund will be applied to the gift card first, with any remaining balance returned to your original payment method.
• Promotional codes or discounts cannot be applied when purchasing a gift card.

3. Expiry

• Gift cards and e-gift cards expire 12 months from the date of purchase.

4. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

• Embassy London reserves the right to amend these Gift Card Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published here.
