Do not use the UK returns portal for orders delivered to Ireland
Orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland or Northern Ireland are not eligible for our free UK returns service. The UK portal will not generate a valid returns label for these orders.

Use a QR code at a supported drop-off point or print your returns label at home.
No Paperwork Needed
No invoice or returns form is required. Simply package your item and follow the return instructions.
Drop-Off or Store Return
Send your parcel using the selected return method or return eligible items to your nearest Embassy London store.
Return Portal
Sorry to hear your Embassies were not quite right on this occasion.
To start your return, please complete the return request process first. Once your request has been submitted, you will be able to access the DPD return-label portal to arrange your return.

Item Condition
Items must be unworn, unused and returned in their original condition and packaging. Footwear should only be tried on indoors.
Return Window
Register and send your return within 28 days of receiving your order.

Package Securely
Package your items carefully and remove or fully cover any old delivery labels before sending your parcel.
Refund Processing
Once your return has been received and approved, please allow up to 12 working days for your refund to be processed.
Returns from other third-party retailers
Orders placed through Debenhams Marketplace cannot currently be accessed through our standard returns portal.
Please contact our Customer Care team with your Debenhams order number, and we will help arrange your return.
