We offer 28-day free returns from the date of delivery to all customers within the UK Mainland for purchases made online. You can return your items free of charge using our local drop-off points. If you find it inconvenient to travel to a local drop-off point, you may return your items by an alternative method; however, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot be held responsible for items that are not received if you choose to return them using an alternative method.

Inclusive of Northern Ireland

Orders from regions outside of the UK Mainland, including the European Union, Northern Ireland and the Rest of the World, are not eligible for our free returns service. Customers in these regions may return items at their own expense within 28 days of the delivery date. We are not liable for returned items until they have been received by us. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and retaining proof of postage until your return has been processed.

Can I Return An Online Order To Store?

Yes, you can return your order to any official Embassy London store within 28 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn and returned in their original packaging.

Original Packaging

Goods must be returned in their original packaging, as the packaging forms part of the product. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition.

Exchanges can also be requested via our online returns portal.

Free Gifts With Purchase

Free gifts received as part of a promotion must be returned with the qualifying item to receive a full refund. If the gift is sold separately, you may keep it and purchase it at its advertised price.

Sale Items

Sale items purchased online can be returned for a refund or exchange within 28 days of receipt. Sale items purchased in-store are eligible for exchange only. Standard returns policy applies.

Refunds

We aim to process refunds within 12 working days. Refunds are made to your original payment method and you will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Please note that you will not receive an email when the return arrives at our warehouse, only once it has been processed.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to purchase another gift card.

Returns Period

You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return items for a refund or exchange.
