RETURNS POLICY
EXTENDED RETURNS
We offer an extended returns period for all orders made during the holiday season. Any online purchase made from the 20th November 2025 can be returned up until 16th January 2026 (or within 28 days of receipt, whichever is later).
UK-MAINLAND
We offer 28-day free returns to all customers within the UK (Mainland) purchased online. You can return your items for free using our local drop-off points. If you find it inconvenient to travel to a local drop-off point, you can return your items by an alternative means, but you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We cannot be held responsible for items that are not received if you choose to return them by an alternative means.
EU & REST OF WORLD
Orders from non-mainland UK regions (including the EU, Northern Ireland and the rest of the world) are not eligible for our free returns policy. Customers in these regions may return items at their own expense up to 28-days from receipt. We are not liable for the returns until the items have been received by us.
CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER TO STORE?
Unfortunately, at current we are unable to accept online orders for either a refund or exchange in our stores.
ORIGINAL PACKAGING

Goods must be in original packaging as is part of the product and must be included.
Items must be unworn and in original condition.
EXCHANGES EU & REST OF WORLD
Place your invoice inside your package, marking exchange and the required item or size.
FREE GIFTS WITH PURCHASE
Free gifts received as part of an offer or promotion when purchasing an item must be returned with the main qualifying item to receive a full refund. You can still buy the gift provided its for sale on the website as a stand alone item for its advertised price.SALE ITEMS
Can be returned for either a Refund or Exchange within 28-days since receipt, via online. However, please note in-stores sale items are only liable for an exchange. Returns Policy Applies.REFUNDS
We aim to refund within 12 working days.Refunds will be made to your original form of payment. We will send you an an email once the refund has been processed.Kindly note, you will not receive an email once it arrives at our warehouse, only once processed.

Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to purchase another gift card.RETURNS PERIOD
