CAN I RETURN AN ONLINE ORDER TO STORE?

Yes, you are able to return your order in any of our official Embassy London stores provided they are in their original packaging and in an unworn condition, within 28-days since receipt.

Goods must be in original packaging as is part of the product and must be included.

Items must be unworn and in original condition.

PROOF OF PURCHASE

A valid receipt is required for any refund or exchange.

Items bought from unauthorised retailers must be returned to them directly.

STORE POLICY

28-day refund or exchange on full-price items.

Sale items are exchange only (no refunds).

Store returns are free in-store.

Postal return costs are paid by the customer.
