Policy Coverage:

• This policy covers all products sold by Embassy London against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase.
• If a product is found to be defective within the 6-month warranty period, Embassy London will repair or replace the product at its discretion, free of charge.
• This policy does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or accidents.

To File a Claim:

To file a claim, please contact Embassy London customer service at customercare@embassylondon.co.uk You must provide the following:

• Order Number or Receipt
• Description of defect
• supporting images of the defect

Claim Process:

Once you have filed a claim, an Embassy London customer service representative will review your claim and determine if it is covered under this policy. If your claim is approved, Embassy London will send you a pre-paid shipping label to return the defective product. Once Embassy London has received the defective product, it will be repaired or replaced and shipped back to you at no cost.

Exclusions:

This policy does not cover the following:

• Damage caused by normal wear and tear.
• Misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Products that have been modified or altered.
• Products that have been purchased from unauthorized retailers.
• Products that are used for commercial purposes.
• Accidental Damage

Limitation of Liability:

Embassy London's liability under this policy is limited to the repair or replacement of defective products. Embassy London is not liable for any other damages, including consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.

Accidental Damage

At Embassy London, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. We are committed to ensuring that each item meets the highest standards before it reaches our customers. However, it is important to clarify our policy regarding returns or exchanges for products that have been accidentally damaged while being worn.

Non-acceptance of Returns for Accidental Damage

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for products that have been damaged as a result of accidental incidents while in use. Such damage does not constitute a manufacturing defect, and as such, falls outside of the scope of our returns policy.

Examples of Accidental Damage:

• Scuffing or scratching leather due to tripping on stairs or curbs
• Ripping or tearing caused by impact with sharp objects or rough surfaces while walking
• Wear and tear from regular use that results in damage to the external or internal parts of the product

Accidental damage is inevitable in day-to-day life, regardless of the product's cost. Whether it's a high-end luxury item or an affordable alternative, damage is still attainable under such circumstances. Much like how paint on a Lamborghini will scuff if scraped against a wall just as it would on a Ford, our products—whether premium or otherwise—are not impervious to such accidents. Therefore, accidental damage is considered a result of external factors and not a fault of the product itself.

Manufacturing Defects vs. Accidental Damage - While we stand behind the quality of our products, we make a distinction between genuine manufacturing defects and accidental damage. Manufacturing defects, which typically result from faults in the production process, will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Accidental damage caused by the user's actions or environmental factors will not be covered under our return or exchange policy.

Customer Responsibility - We encourage our customers to take care when wearing our products to avoid unnecessary damage. We understand that accidents happen, but please be aware that such incidents are not reflective of the product’s quality, and we cannot be held liable for damage resulting from personal use or accidental events.

By placing an order with Embassy London, you acknowledge and accept our policy regarding returns and accidental damage.

Governing Law:

This policy is in coordination with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000

Entire Agreement:

This policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Embassy London with respect to the warranty coverage of Embassy London's products. Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and Embassy London with respect to such warranty coverage are superseded by this policy.

Severability:

If any provision of this policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this policy and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Waiver:

No waiver of any provision of this policy shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Embassy London.
