What if I need to cancel?
Please let the store know at least 12 hours in advance so the slot can be re-allocated.

You’re welcome to walk into the boutique at any time, but booking guarantees one-to-one time with a stylist and refreshments.
I’m planning a day out — do I have to carry my bags?
No — if you make a purchase but don’t want to carry it, home delivery can be arranged.
What happens if my size isn’t available on the day?
If a specific colour or size isn’t in store, the team can check similar styles and ship your chosen pair from the warehouse.
