Delivery time frames
We aim to deliver within the times advertised at the time of purchase, and most orders arrive earlier than expected. However, on some occasions, delivery durations may exceed our quoted time scales. This will be due to external factors outside of our control. Please see our FAQs for more information.
UK FREE returns are only applicable to mainland UK customers.
There are no drop shops near me?
At Embassy London, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless, including returns. We partner with DPD to offer nationwide return options through their extensive network of 7000 drop points. However, we acknowledge that in more rural areas, these drop points can be sparse.
Please note that while we provide free returns within the confines of our carrier, we understand that a convenient DPD parcel shop may not always be nearby. In such cases, you are welcome to return items via your preferred means. Kindly be aware that returning via alternative methods will be at your own cost.

In such cases, we endeavour to resolve all queries by working closely with both our customers and carriers to find a satisfactory resolution. However, we must emphasize that claims of non-receipt or delivery beyond 12 working days cannot be accepted.
If you find that your order has not been delivered within this timeframe, please notify us immediately so that we can investigate the matter with the relevant carrier. Beyond this timeframe, we regret that we are unable to provide further assistance and cannot be held liable for any loss or theft of orders.

Our Policy on Delivery Shipping Fees and Returns
We want to address a crucial aspect of our service: our policy regarding outbound shipping fees and returns. Should you opt to return an order that falls below our free delivery threshold after paying an outbound shipping fee, and subsequently request a refund of the outbound delivery fee, we reserve the right to apply a charge equivalent to the outbound fee for your return.
Please note: While we strive to accommodate our customers to the best of our ability, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a free return if a subsequent request is made for the delivery fee refund.
