Exchanges & Returns
We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Why not try your purchase in the comfort of your home and return or exchange it if you need to within 28 days.
All returns within the UK are free of charge. However, residents outside of the UK may be subject to postage charges.
Please ensure that all purchases are unworn with original packaging and labels. Returns that do not meet our quality control inspections will not be accepted and returned to sender.
How to Refund or Exchange – UK
We are now using Hermes to help make returning items more seamless.
Simply, Email our customer care team and request a free returns label. Once received download and print your label and take to any Hermes Parcel shop. You can use the link below to find your closest Parcel shop.
Please note: Customers who are outside of the UK are not eligible for free returns. Returns can take up to 10 working days to process upon receipt.
We also advise customers to keep your tracking numbers safe to validate any return. If for any reason your return does not make it back to us we will need this to number to investigate with our carriers. Failure to keep or provide the tracking number may delay or negate a refund or exchange.
How to Refund or Exchange – International
For a refund or Exchange, please complete the returns proforma in full selecting if you would like an exchange or refund, Placing all paperwork inside your parcel.
Once your order is received, it can take up to 10 working days for your refund or exchanged to be processed.
