Exchanges & Returns
We want to make your shopping experience as seamless as possible. Why not try your purchase in the comfort of your home and return or exchange it if you need to within 28 days.
All returns within the UK are free of charge. However, residents outside of the UK may be subject to postage charges.
Please ensure that all purchases are unworn with original packaging and labels. Returns that do not meet our quality control inspections will not be accepted and returned to sender.
How to Refund or Exchange – UK
Refunds and exchanges have been made easy.
Simply click the link below and select one of three options which suits your best. You will then be required to fill in a few details about your return to then generate a downloadable label.
If you do not have printing facilities, you can download the label to your smartphone and take your package to a local Hermes Parcel shop who can print your label for you. To locate your local Hermes parcel shop click the link below.
Please ensure you place all paperwork inside the parcel selecting if you would like an exchange or refund attaching the prepaid label to the outer package. Once your order is received back at our warehouse it can take up to 10 working days for your refund or exchanged to be processed.
