Free Returns - UK Mainland

We want your Embassy London shopping experience to be an easy and enjoyable one. Of course, we'd love for you to be happy with your Embassy London shoes but if you do decide to return or exchange them simply do so within 28 days of the date of purchase. All returns within the UK mainland and Europe are FREE of charge but please bear in mind they can take 3-5 working days to arrive and up to 10 working days to process.

STEP 1.
Inspect your product for signs of wear as tarnished products will not be excepted.


STEP 2.
Complete your invoice received with your order specifying your exchange or return preference and include it within your return. 

Please note: Your invoice must be completed and returned with your order, if this is not completed it could delay refunds or exchanges.



STEP 3. 
Select the products you wish to return or exchange within the online portal, whilst also selecting your reason. (Link located after step 5)



STEP 4.
Submit your entry and a member of our bookings team will issue you a returns label within 1 business day. 


Labels will require printing prior to drop off, if you need a label issued by post please email our customer care team. Labels can take up to 5 working days to arrive.

STEP 5. 
Drop to your local drop shop at your earliest convenience. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage. Your order will then arrive within 3-5 working days

Please note: Your refund and exchange may not be processed on the day it’s received and can take up to 10 working days to process. You will be notified once the return has been processed by email with either a refund notification or carrier tracking number for an exchange.

Rest of World Returns

If your order is not 100% satisfactory you may return it within 28 days of receipt. It is recommended that orders are sent fully tracked to ensure your order arrives safely. Please ensure custom duties are paid as your order may not arrive if domestic duties are left unpaid.

Failed Returns
To ensure your refund goes smoothly please ensure that all returns are unworn with original packaging and labels. Returns that do not pass our quality control inspections will not be accepted. For more information, please check out our Returns Policy. Online orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store and must be sent back using the returns method below

Please note: If returning orders from within the UK you must use our return providers as we cannot assume liability for orders that do not reach us, Royal Mail is not a supported service.
