Important Note Regarding Delivery

At Embassy London, we value transparency and strive to provide the best possible service to our customers. We understand that on occasion, errors and misunderstandings can occur during the delivery process, which may lead to delays or discrepancies.

In such cases, we endeavor to resolve all queries by working closely with both our customers and carriers to find a satisfactory resolution. However, we must emphasize that claims of non-receipt or delivery beyond 12 working days cannot be accepted.

If you find that your order has not been delivered within this timeframe, please notify us immediately so that we can investigate the matter with the relevant carrier. Beyond this timeframe, we regret that we are unable to provide further assistance and cannot be held liable for any loss or theft of orders.
