There are no drop shops near me?
At Embassy London, we strive to make your shopping experience seamless, including returns. We partner with Evri to offer nationwide return options through their extensive network of 7000 drop points. However, we acknowledge that in more rural areas, these drop points can be sparse.
Please note that while we provide free returns within the confines of our carrier, we understand that a convenient Evri parcel shop may not always be nearby. In such cases, you are welcome to return items via your preferred means. Kindly be aware that returning via alternative methods will be at your own cost.

Extremely squeaky and they do not sit flush to the floor. So when standing still, your weight slowly causes the shoe to become flush to the floor, by the heel slowly moving backwards and flat down, with tiny ‘bounces’ and loud squeaking noise. Very hard and painful on the underside of the toes. I put a soft, thick inner sole in mine. Helps. Beautiful looking but those construction faults need reconsideration. So only 3 stars.
Fantastic this isy 4th pair all in different colours
I already have a pair of Dannii shoes (the suede black & gold feathers), so I knew what to expect in terms of comfort and general all-round adorability. These new pink shoes absolutely do not disappoint so far as comfort is concerned. They are beautiful "Goldilocks" shoes: not too high, not too low, just perfect. The design is fabulous and I know that, like so many of my other Embassy shoes, these will be head-turning compliment-magnets. But... The colour on the website (at least according to the images on my laptop & 'phone) is a soft baby pink. The shoes in real life however are quite a darker shade of pink. Closer to what I would describe as "rose". I was a little disappointed on opening the box, to see that the colour was not what I had been expecting. I am keeping the shoes: they are gorgeous and I know that I will get a lot of pleasure out of wearing them. But if anyone is considering these to wear with a specific outfit, please be aware that the colour of the shoes is darker than the online images.
