United KingdomGreat product. Fantastic design, beautifully made, great/comfortable fit. Negative side. Suggest a change of courier would be beneficial for the business. Evri are by far the worse provider you could use. No other courier has ever been a problem. DPD, UPS are all prompt, keep to delivery days and times, and are always polite. I would say at least 50% of deliveries from Evri have all had issues with timeframes.

Bought these stunning boots in my usual size (8UK) but found when first trying them on, they felt very snug, so returned them for a size 9UK, these were so much better. However the first time wearing them outside the metal emblem fell off! Contacted CS who gave me a percentage refund. They do squeak, which I hope eventually will disappear!

I bought these boots a few weeks ago. On the first occasion of wearing them I received so many compliments.. I am very tall and with the height comes big feet, so I was so pleased to see that the sizes run to a size 10. They are not a wide as I would have hoped, but on saying that they are very comfortable. A lovely pair of boots and I love them so much I purchased the black pair and another shorter pair. Just lovely!! ❤️
