My first impression was “oh wow”. Gorgeous shoes that arrived in a spectacular box beautifully presented, dust bags and all. Excellent effortless purchasing experience and excellent effortless return process. Sadly I had to return the shoes because they were too wide at the heels and I walked out of them. I also found them to be a tiny bit heavy for my liking. I will purchase a different design now and I am spoilt for choice.
