Absolutely love Embassy boots and these did not disappoint

The shoes were good. I sent them back due to not being want I wanted or thought they were. Only to have them returned to me with a sticker attached saying 'failed quality control'. These boots were returned in the same condition that arrived to me, in the original packaging. They had only been tried on in my house on wooden floors. There is no information as to while they failed! ... very disappointed the company is all other aspects were good arrived quickly and lovely boots. Would have ordered from them again, but not now as I don't want to end up with shoes I don't eat again!!

Agree with one of the previous review that the color of the elasticated bits is burgundy and not orange as on the image and there is no logo stud on the heals, but I love burgundy more than the orange one. The leather finish is more shiny, like patent leather look - I also like it as the shoes look always like new. I like that there is leather lining inside and my feet don't get sweaty because of synthetic lining. What I don't like is that insole is quite hard and I had to put extra insole to add more cushioning for my feet. But I loves the boots: very comfy (after adding extra insole) and look brilliant!
